Firstly I am a very proud mummy to three incredible children, two gorgeous sons and the most beautiful daughter. They are my absolute world and are the reason behind everything that I do. I have been happily married for nearly three years to the most wonderful man (pictured above) and I am honestly so lucky to have such a happy home and a beautiful family. 

Nothing makes me happier than experiencing and capturing love.  I have always felt such strong emotions from such a young age and to this day I am still very in touch with my emotions and just obsessed with love and human connection which I think makes me really good at capturing not just a great photo but the heart and soul of a moment.

I have been capturing Wedding Photography & Film for five years, two years full time & like all the greatest love stories, my journey started unexpectedly after filming a friends special day after graduating University;  with BA Honours in Television & Film Production. I initially worked in Radio & Television after finishing University working on lots of different promotional productions, before moving  on to work as a School Photographer for two years. Zara's Films came about when I realised I needed to have more of a work/life balance and make more time for my children, with lots of hard work and years of perfecting my craft  it has blossomed and bloomed into something so beautiful, that I am super proud and grateful for. I have made so many people happy with my work and that is just the best feeling in the world to have been a part of so many magical moments in peoples lives. I am and will be forever thankful for every single booking.

I would describe myself as a super creative, fun & friendly character with a great sense of humour. I am truly a very caring, loving and sensitive soul with a passion for making people feel happy and amazing about themselves. In my spare time I love to travel, thoroughly enjoy live music, theatre and comedy, with my favourite place to unwind being anywhere by the sea. I am incredibly creative and a huge perfectionist & when I have a camera in my hand I am honestly at my happiest and my best! I have a real eye for detail and a moment & I notice and feel everything with all my heart and I like to think that shows through my work.

I am obsessed with how the world works, how people interact and love nothing more than anything old school and romantic. I love to travel and my goal is to see as much of our beautiful world as possible, so if you are planning a destination Wedding I would love to hear from you.
